September 2010 - As a nationally recognized expert on transportation finance, Lowell R. Clary, President of Clary Consulting, LLC and Chief Operating Officer of P3 Development Company, LLC, was an invited speaker at the September 2010 Congressional Forum: Funding and Financing Solutions for Surface Transportation in the Coming Decade. The purpose of this forum was to inform members of Congress and their senior staff on ways to fund and finance the future surface infrastructure at the federal, state and local levels in the coming decade. Mr. Clary spoke on the topic of “What Can We Learn from Recent Experiments in Transportation Finance Throughout the country?”
