Meet Toby Brigham

Toby Brigham practices as a lawyer for the firm of Brigham Moore LLP, and also serves as a principal of P3 Development Company, LLC providing individual non-legal advisory services.

A graduate of Yale University and the University of Florida College of Law, Mr. Brigham founded the law practice known today as Brigham Moore LLP in 1960 and has been resident with its Miami office ever since. Their experience has dealt with owners and land developers involving the acquisition of private property for public infrastructure throughout Florida and across the country, including some of the largest and most successful public/private partnership projects.

He holds the highest rating by Martindale – Hubbell for legal skill and professional ethics and was chosen by his peers for inclusion in Florida Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite” in the State of Florida in the field of eminent domain for years 2004-2007. He is named in Woodward and White’s Best Lawyers in America® for years 2001-2008.
